I bought from them several times because the products are great but the service....They waisted my time a few times because the stock online is not accurate, never was when I ordered even though I placed order and paid over the phone with a person not computer. Took money then make you wait for a refund so you can't buy from a reliable company if you don't have extra budget..
As I said the products are great, bought whole sets in the past but the company/ staff are terrible on doing their job, which for me is more than being nice! The reason for buying online is to save time.
Good quality, sizing and colour but several threads hanging from sleeves.

Crisp cool cotton that fits perfectly and is a dream to sleep on. So easy to launder too. Looks and feels fabulous.
All good as usual but I prefer DPD than DHL. DPD is always scheduled to the minute but DHL delivers either a few hours before the time slot or after. I have a 3 or 4 deliveries done by DHL and none of them were delivered within the time slot and once my parcel was delivered to different street and different house number; lucky, they sent me the the photo of the front door which enabled me tracked it down. Not very professional!
At last, a warm, comfortable bath robe with a touch of luxury. Great value for money and I would recommend it to my friends or buy one as a gift. A lovely company to do business with.
So far I have never been disappointed!
I place my orders from Florence, Italy, for my daughter in London.
All my purchases have been up to par.

First class service. Good quality bath robe and prompt delivery. One is always a bit wary about using an online company for the first time, however, I am completely satisfied with Kingofcotton.com and will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.
Loved the towels, from ordering until delivery kept well informed, would order again when needed
